CRIMINAL INTERFERENCES INTO GANA KIRITHARAN
COMMUNICATIONS
As explained earlier
Gana Kiritharan may be a victim harassment in his mail and other
communication for a long period of time. While he was in Sri Lanka
his mails may got miss appropriated during 1994 - 1995 period with
intention to misappropriate money send by his brother.
While he was in India during 1996 - 1997 period his family members
living in Canada complained that mails send Gana Kiritharan got
opened and resealed while coming to Canada. Gana Kiritharan also
experienced mails received from Canada which were send by his relatives in Canada found opened and
resealed.
During 2001 - 2002 period, when Gana Kiritharan tried to sign a
publishing contract with India publishers, first time he realized his mails are being
misappropriated in Canada. First publishing contract send by
his publishers around 2001 December - 2002 January period may got
misappropriated. The second copy send by his publishers also got
delayed by one month. Gana Kiritharan believe several of his
business and personal communication got misappropriated before and
after this incident.
As explained earlier in the civil case Gana
Kiritharan filed against Canadian bank, when bank informed court that in
July 2007 bank has sent a letter to Gana Kiritharan which he failed to
receive, Gana Kiritharan tried to make a police complaint regarding this
issue. But as usual Canadian Police Services may failed to investigate
the complaint.
